Drawings shall commence after receiving 100% payment in advance.

Revision/re-work charges have to be paid in advance to proceed with the changes/revision.

All drawings shall be submitted within 60 working days from receiving the order however timeline may vary as per client selection.

Site visit charges are applicable only for Bangalore city limits, for out of Bangalore projects traveling fees shall be applicable.

Material selection shall happen in the premises of Harishmane. For a few exclusive materials, store visits within Bangalore may be required. In-person assistance will be given for clients signed up for the exclusive architectural package.

Site visit charges are not applicable if the project gets signed up for Harishmane.

Additional costs may be incurred for soil testing.

Harishmane shall not be responsible if the client does not follow the recommended construction standards.
